<p>The article explains how chornically high blood sugar can damage organs and how &#8220;adding sulforaphane to a mix of blood vessel cells and glucose cut oxidation (read damage) by as much as 73 percent.&#8221; Of course more research is needed to see if it actually makes humans healthier but &#8212; given that we already know that broccoli is good for us, we may as well add it to our diets.</p>
